Tim joined 15|40 with over 20 years of event and entertainment experience—and a resume that reads like a backstage pass to just about every job in the industry. He’s been a theatrical sound designer, scenic carpenter, audio engineer, stage manager, account manager, project manager… and probably a few other things he lost track of somewhere between load-ins. After 11 years of freelancing across the U.S. and Europe, he’s finally (mostly) traded his suitcase for a desk and brings his deep well of production know-how—and a whole lot of personality—to the 15|40 team.
If you’ve worked with Tim, you’ve heard his on-site mantra: “Make it sexy.” Whether he’s fine-tuning logistics or adding that final touch of flair, he’s all about turning good into great. When he’s not running around onsite, he’s a husband, a dad to two teenage daughters and a young son, and the official tiki bar scout in every city he visits (his mug collection is starting to require its own storage unit).
