Robert, El Bobbito Loco or Big Lunch are just some of the names he will respond to but he is more commonly known amongst his contemporaries as Bobby. As a valued member of the Production team he brings over a decade of experience which runs the gamut from physical production to live event production. Bobby spent the beginning of his career learning the ins and out of the production world through music videos, commercials and concerts which allowed for him to find a path to global and domestic tours and experiential events. His innate sense to jump in and do whatever it takes to get the job done is something to be revered. He is truly the walking definition of a team player. To Bobby, every event is a puzzle filled with odd shaped pieces which all get put together as a team. Problem solving onsite is where he thrives and builds a camaraderie through hard work and long days. A buckeye by blood, Bobby has found a home with 15|40 where he can continue to grow, learn and take payment in the form of hugs as they are his favorite currency.
