RICHARD WILLIAMS
SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER
With over two decades of experience, Richard’s background in technical production has allowed for him to jump in and take on events varying in both scope and scale. He came to 15|40 after two years abroad in Ireland with Zendesk where he managed virtual and hybrid events across Europe. With a suite of experience ranging from global conference management, with a focus in tech, to managing AV for concerts, Richard continues to hone his skills while at 15|40. The partnership of the complexity of an event and distilling it down to a touching moment in time is what makes him tick. A lot hinges on the communication between the client, the vendors and the internal team and Richard believes that to be part of the magic that makes a vision come to life.
When he is not in the office or on a job site, he enjoys music and has even been a singer in four different rock bands. Funny enough, his time in Europe did not help in his distaste for black licorice, he does not like it. We repeat, do not gift him any.
