OPERATIONS MANAGER (NY)

Patrick Smith joins 15|40 after several decades as a lead carpenter in the experiential and set building industry. He is also the founder, owner, and creative director of Coda Skateboards and Ramps, a tiny but mighty brand celebrated for its unwavering commitment to the skateboarding community. A lifelong skater and former professional, Pat started building ramps out of necessity, and not much has changed in the last 40 years; having designed and built ramps and activations for Nike, Adidas, Vans, Tony Hawk's Skateboard Project, athletes like Leo Baker, Mark Gonzalez, Tyshawn Jones and many more. He is an active and dedicated member of his local communities in NYC and can be counted on to help friends, neighbors, and strangers. He leverages years of experience in logistics and project management to oversee complex productions and ensure smooth operations. Pat is thrilled to join the 15|40 NY crew and loves to work with the team. When he’s not working, he can be found skating, building, and hanging with family and his dog.
