During a work "gap year" while taking a break from a career in semiconductors, Grace met Craig and Cindy, and with no prior entertainment or event experience, they took a chance and offered her a second act at 15|40. Under Craig's guiding wing, Grace was able to take note from his wealth of knowledge on the industry while freely growing into the producer she is today. Sixteen years later, Grace has worked and traveled throughout the US, Canada, Asia and Europe producing world class events for a global roster of clients. When asked, how does one redirect from a career in semiconductors to event production? Grace says, "Interestingly enough, throughout the process, I found that the rigorously exacting nature of semiconductors and electronic design and fabrication has served me well in the equally detailed temperament of special events. It has been and continues to be an amazing adventure and I cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings."
