In his role as a leader, Dwayne has demonstrated exceptional capabilities, managing all aspects of a major live event production company and leading teams of up to 50+ staff. Dwayne's adeptness at cultivating relationships with clients has been pivotal in creating budgets, designs, and timelines that ensure the successful execution of projects. Dwayne excels in fostering positive cultures within fast-paced work environments while consistently exceeding performance targets.
With an extensive production background spanning North America, Canada, Asia, and Europe, Dwayne has contributed to a wide array of notable projects. His portfolio includes red carpets, post parties, award shows, fashion shows, product launches, concerts, and galas. Beyond his role as a production professional, Dwayne has also served in various capacities such as Director, Production Manager, Tour Manager, and Lighting Designer. His diverse skill set and comprehensive experience underscore his versatility and enduring impact within the dynamic landscape of media and entertainment.
