Carlos joined the 15|40 team without knowing exactly what he was signing up for—but it didn’t take long for him to fall in love with the magic of creating environments that transport people to entirely different worlds. His passion for immersive experiences is what keeps him energized (as well as his sweet tooth) on every project. When he’s not crafting these incredible experiences, you can find him burning off energy at a music festival or unwinding on a hike, always on the lookout for his next adventure.
