Brenda Valladares is a native Angelino born to immigrant parents from Central America. She is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Her bilingual skills allow her to connect and engage with our diverse staff, while her even-keeled mindset and kind personality creates a welcoming environment for the entire team. Brenda gently guides 15|40 employees to adhere to guidelines and practices, holding everyone to the highest standard. While she's not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves a challenging hike.
