ENGAGING ACTIVATIONS
From standing inside of a bubble for a photo, to the 40’ tall scenic delta archway that showcased a 30' tall fun slide, hair chalking, pom keychain making, cookie decorating, obstacle courses, a confetti blasting boomerang photo set, and a custom wrapped fun house trailer - guests had countless activities to choose from! But what really made this event standout was the attention to detail within each of the activations tying every moment directly back to the film making for a truly memorable and custom experience.
PREMIERES
"Perfection can stuff it!" but we like to come pretty close! This animated feature premiere of STX's Ugly Dolls was anything but ugly! This bright orange arrivals carpet featured 16’ tall characters and dolls from the film and an impressive archway with the Ugly Doll’s title treatment in oversized 3D lettering. While guests watched the film, the arrivals was transformed and integrated into the post-party within 90 minutes. This transition included setting up food stations, activations and picnic tables for seating where rope and stanchion, press pens and lights were set-up previously. Hedgerow originally. concealing the other half of the event deck at LA Live was repurposed to the perimeter revealing obstacle courses, rides and photo ops.
